Old Port Exhibition Center reserved the right to limit, in our sole discretion, the quantity or provision of any product or service to any person, entity or geographic area. For any claim or dispute with us or relating to your use of the Site, or to these Terms, you expressly agree to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra.
